HOMES & PROPERTIES, S.A. DE C.V., doing business as “ROYAL HOUSE”,
located at Huayacán Lote 58, SMZA 310, Postal Code 77560, Benito Juárez,
Quintana Roo, makes the following Terms and Conditions for the use of the
website www.royalhouse.mx available to users.
Access to and use of the site implies full and unreserved acceptance of these
Terms and Conditions.

  1. Object The purpose of the website is to offer information regarding real
    estate services, the promotion of properties for sale or rent, professional advice,
    and access to digital management tools. The user acknowledges that the site is
    solely a means of intermediation and technological support, without “ROYAL
    HOUSE” directly participating in negotiations between advisors and clients.

     User: Person who accesses the website, whether a consumer, real
    estate advisor, or visitor.
     Consumer: Owner or person interested in acquiring a property.
     Real Estate Advisor: Professional affiliated with the “ROYAL HOUSE”
    membership.
     The Real Estate Agency: HOMES & PROPERTIES, S.A. DE C.V.,
    responsible for the website and associated digital services.
  3. Conditions of Access and Use The user agrees to use the site solely for
    lawful purposes and in accordance with current Mexican legislation. Introducing
    viruses, malicious programs, or any technology that may damage the site is
    prohibited. The user may not use the site for fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful
    purposes. Access to certain sections may require prior registration and express
    acceptance of additional policies.

    and Conditions at any time. Modifications will enter into force upon their

  12. Applicable Legislation and Jurisdiction These Terms and Conditions are
    governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any controversy, the
    parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Quintana Roo,
    waiving any other jurisdiction that might correspond to them.
